I am lucky enough to live/work by their only retail store.. so i am in there often.. love the clearance center! I use thier supplements for my horses and can always find what i need for training supplies for both horses and dogs. if you feed multiple supplements there fresh paks and quick ship make it really convienent for a barn manager and/or yourself if you do all the feeding. Not to mention.. there customer service is much friendlier and knowledgable than Dover Saddlery

I love this store! I like thier print catalogs and I've used their website too. I found my dog a great coat there, and I got myself a nice personalized sweatshirt with my dog's breed embroidered on it. And I've bought treats and toys from them too. Often I've found products there I have not seen other places. There phone staff is polite and knowledgeable. By the way, they sell products for horses too.
