good for all dogs. thich cushion makes it comfortable on dog. wont chaff the skin. the cushion material has air holes so it breaths. good hardware being sturdy and well plated. we hang several tags on it. we use full harness for walking, the collar stays on all the time except when sleeping at night.

One of our dogs has had this collar for a few years now. It still looks like new - no wear. The collar is comfortable, the stitching is smooth so as not to break off the hair. I prefer the buckle to the plastic closures which some collars have because the plastic can break.
