Both of my greyhounds are proud owners of these harnesses. Greyhounds are hard to find apparel for at regular pet stores because they are just as long as your HUGE breeds like st. bernards and large rotts, but they are no where near as big around. Thus, most things like sweaters and such either don't come half way to their tail or you could fit two dogs in their girth. Enter the sure fit harness. Adjustable in several places, these harnesses can be tailored to fit any size dog with relative ease. Once adjusted, the adjustments stay in place very well - we've never had any slip on us at all, only had to adjust for fluctuating weights in the summer and winter. One of my greyhounds is a HUGE puller. She will pull until she is choking so hard she can't even stand and then she pulls some more. This harness has been a godsend for her and it's definitely held up over the 2 years we've had it. We now have them in different colors to match her collars. I got one of these for Jack , when I put him on my dog tread mill. It is ok for that but in no way would I try to walk a dog as strong as Jack with a harness like this. The only harness I would consider is a no pull harness where the leash attaches to the front of the dog..

Also the buckes clasp you are just asking for an accident with a strong dog..

Jack is a 75lb male pit bull... he is strong..

My older dog no longer liked walking on a leash with his other collar. This harness has made it much nicer for him to go for a walk.

I have a small breed dog and this collar seems to work the best. I have tried many varieties, but she always seemed to find a way to squirm out of them. It does take a bit to adjust to the right size, but once you have it your set. The harness rides low on the neck, so you avoid choking if your dog pulls. It does take a little training for your dog to get use to it when putting it on at first. Now my dog will sit as soon as she see's it, knowing we are going for a walk or a ride. If you are having trouble finding a collar that works, I would say give this one a try.

I like harnesses and Fatty looks good in red. This is adjustable in many ways to get a "sure fit". It is washable and comes in enough colors to get your favorite. Available everywhere.
