I did buy one that I had alot of problems with the clasp (getting it undone).I also had a problem of getting it to adjust to the size I needed,but after I got over being upset with it I did send it back.True to their word I was able replace that one with a brand new one (basically I got the same one).It worked great and was cute.Still have it and no problems.

We have many Lupine harnesses. They have great, vibrant patterns and the harnesses hold up very well. The biggest selling point is the warranty, though. My dogs tend to chew off the buckles if they can get ahold of one that's not being worn. However, to date they've only chewed on the less expensive local harnesses that aren't under warranty - go figure...

Lupine products are all well-made, which is why they offer their lifetime warranty. Our Pom is broad-chested, and this harness is adjustable in several places to allow him both comfort and freedom of movement. I highly recommend it!
