I have a german sheppard that does'nt like to be tied out. When he was younger we used to tie him out during the day because he could jump our fence. He learned to unsnap the fastener and also ended up breaking this cable where it went together.This may not be a fare accessment because he is quite an escape artist.

We put this on our big dog that likes to get out, we just attach it to his collar not onto a tie out. It knots up pretty easily but that could be because he just pulls it around the yard with him.
