Heavy Duty Dog Leads By Top Paw -happy Face

I train a lot of shelter dogs. With the normal style clip lead I would wear one out a year. Once these round clip with the pull down opening wore out a dog could get loose. Not good when your shelter is right by a busy highway!

I haven't had a Top Paw clip wear out yet. The nylon leash may be worn or chewed through, but I can just replace the nylon at my local fabric store and keep right on going! Great product.

Pros: the clip lasts much longer and does not work loose

Cons: more expensive

I love this leashes because they come in great colors and styles, but I am not too pleased with the hardware. I returned one that undid itself somehow on several occasions. I do have one that I have had for over a year and it is fine.
