Hound togs (www.houndtogs.com) makes the best coats I have been able to find for sighthound shaped dogs. They are a lot like a horse blanket, and allow the dog to move freely. Without these coats my IG's would be housebound in the windy and snowy NW Ohio winters! Check out the website, they have lots of styles and colors.
