Helps to prevent tearing or shredding of pads and provides a secure anchor to keep pads in place. This Simple Solution pad holder is easy to use and discourages pets from playing and dragging training pads. Instructions for use: Lock the two base frame pieces together. Place frame on the floor. Place a training pad on top of base with pads tissue side up and position evenly. Place the two top frame pieces over the pad and the bottom base frame. Press down firmly.

Not really needed

I found this product to be a waste of money. We bought it hoping our dog would stop chewing his pads up. This did not help. Nor did it do any better at keeping a pad in place than good old gravity.

Pros: It holds the pad

Cons: So does gravity

Did not stop dog from chewing up pad. Not really effective at all.
