When I adopted Sugar she had several open wounds and this product was part of the medical regimen her vet developed and she healed nicely, with minimal scarring. Good addition to basic doggie first aide kit, too.

I clean my dogs' cages with this about once a month just as a precaution. I'm a little overprotective when it comes to my animals. I actually mix this with water and put it in a spray bottle to use.
