Bissell Pro Heat Turbo

I loved the machine when it worked and hated it the rest of the time.

It clogged up even after vacumning mutiple times before running it. This meant it wouldn't suck up all the water. Even if it weren't clogged it didn't always pull the water back out of the carpets resulting in the carpets smelling like mildew.

Pros: Does a good job when it works

Cons: doesn't work all the time

I was hoping this would be the "cure all" to my pet stains & kid stains. It has helped, but with the residue that is stiff & crunchy feeling on my carpet after drying I'm a little concerned.
I also noticed the dirt nasty "yuk" that was left at the bottom when I would stop to empty & refill the tank. I had not noticed it until I moved the cleaner into the hall on the tile floor & noticed dirty water coming out from the bottom.
The hand tools, specifically the turbo one that I was really excited about, doesn't draw the water up well at all.
Overall I think I could have found something better, but will have to deal with this one for now.

Pros: Not too heavy, cleans well, priced good

Cons: Leaves residue on carpet, hand tools not so good
