I have 3 dogs and 2 of these crates... my dogs fight over who gets the 2 Pet Mate crates!!! In fact, my 2 large dogs have been in the crate at the same time! They hold up to anything... great for trips to the vet, crate-training, or overnight stays at "Grandma's" house. They are fairly easy to take apart and clean. I recommended this product to my friend for crate-training her new dog.

This crate is pretty strong but our dog could get out of anything including this after awhile. Which we knew she would when we bought it. LL Bean likes it enough to sell it so we bought it through them knowing that we would need a few of them. They only had to replace the door once for us. The rest of it held up fine.

I purchased another crate and returned it because it wasn't large enough or sturdy. This crate seems much sturdier and seems like it will last much much longer. It does cost more then the other crate but I think it's well worth the money.

Once we had a tame wolf get turned into the shelter and we used this kennel to relocate him to a wolf rescue. He traveled on the airlines from CA to NM quite comfortably. Don't Tell Delta Air he was a wolf...

I have a boxer and i have a larger crate for her, but she loves it.....i put a doggie bed in there and a blanket and she now goes in and out on her own and just seems to really enjoy her own little "house."
