One downside

posted 6 years ago

Anytime I've had puppies, no matter how much softer I try to make it, and no matter how much I monitored them, I've had a lot of puppies begin to choke on soft dog food from a can. They like it, but I just have to be real careful and cautious.

Pros: Tasty

Cons: Choking hazard

Puppies first foods

I always start puppies out with canned food - the smell - the taste encourages them to eat better.

Pros: tastes great

Cons: none

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
