This is great PB to help get the pills down or fill the kong for an attention grabbing treat. I use this PB for myself and think my dog should also eat healthy natural PB, minus hydrogenated oils (which cause higher cholestrol, blood pressure etc). My dog loves to see the PB jar! He can barely contain himself!

My last dog had to take pills for arthritis and seizures and he hated it, I finally figured out to use peanut butter, which he loved, and obviously this organic peanut butter is the best. He really loved it and had no more problem with the pills.

I really dont think peanut butter has any calming value. However my dogs love it. put it in kongs, or dip their treats in it...

I use Wegmans Organic Peanut Butter when I make homemade bird seed treats in the winter for the birds,because I feel it is a little better for them than some peanut butter.
