Our neighbor got the eletric fence for her little dog. Now the dog is afraid of everything. Completely tramatised. It is a HORRIBLE product. NEVER BUY! Yes, it did keep her in the yard, but it hurt the poor baby that is now afraid to go outside or be picked up.

These just don't seem to work, when the dogs decide they are going after something, they go, regardless of the shock.
