I got these boots for my full-grown dog because she cut her paws on vacation last summer and because I live in a neighborhood where people don't care about breaking bottles and leaving sharp trash such as car parts on the sidewalk. Fortunately for me, she tolerates wearing them and I am able to put them on quite easily.
These boots have a nice rubber sole with tread to grip surfaces and are made of very breathable fabric. The openings are wide enough to get the paw in without making it uncomfortable for the dog, and the velcro closures can be fastened snugly so the boots won't just slip off. I have searched for boots and read many reviews, and these boots seemed to be a favorite among dog owners.
These boots are a great to having to apply wax on your dogs pads. I did this a few years ago and didn't like it. The wax was too hard to apply and the dog didn't enjoy getting her paw pressed onto the wax. Not to mention it wasn't that easy to get off before she went into the house.
They are well worth the money as they are constructed very well and are made to last. Once my puppy is full grown, he's going to get a pair as well.

This is a great idea you just have to make sure they stay on. its good for your dog being in a dangerous situation such as your dog beiing in a strange area or your dog being outside with bad weather.

I need to get some booties for my mom's westie because she is always cleaning her paws after she goes out in the winter. But I don't know if she will keep them on. I will try these.
My sister's dog had these booties and loved them, but they sowly slipped off.

I purchased a pair of RuffWear Bark'nBoots for my dog about 8 years ago(maybe longer!). He did the cute "I don't want stuff on my paws" dance at first, but was comfortable with them very quickly. We found that they offer GREAT protection from cactus spines and hot sand on our desert camping trips. They also stay on very well during exciting snow play (he was a "snow dog").

Now these boots are still going strong and are being used by our current "snow dog."

Definitely a durable and long-lasting product!

Well, I can't say that my english setter loved wearing them initially. she really hates anything on her feet. But she loves walking, even in the winter and the ice would get in her toes and hurt her. So we got these and they work really well and stay on her feet.
