I have trwo medium sized dogs that will devour a small bone within a few hours. This bone is just the right size for the price the only problem is that they can have the whole bone gone in a matter of three days. The knuckles are gone within 1 1/2 days. I do not know if it is just soft bone or what. I do still buy them because they love them.
Pros: meaty, large, and have lots of flavor
Cons: do not last long

I have been buying these for years and all of my dogs have had beautiful white clean teeth
