Skitters is smart and can take a muzzle off at the groomers I never put one on her at home or on walks but they tried doing that at the groomers. I hate muzzles no dog deserves to have to wear one so they should not be trained or bred to be mean.
Pros: keeps a dog from biting a person
Cons: Makes a dog misrable
