The best thing about these beds is that it's not possible for dogs to chew them up as we all know dogs LOVE to do.
I recommend some type of bedding or blanket to cushion this bed, though.
Dogs seem to love them. I always see they lazily standing/sitting/laying on them.

I purchased an extra lg and a medium for my dogs. They love it and use it everyday.
The XL one has steel rods thru the length bars for extra support. (my dog is 130+ lbs.)
One of them started to fray and I called the company and they replaced it with a different material which has lasted for 6 yrs now.
I would recommend this to anyone that has a dog, large or small. I did see that they use this bed at our local rescue. It keeps the dogs off the ground, decreasing the risk of arthritis and stiff joints.
They are a breeze to clean. My husband sweeps it with car vaccume and then he washes it with a hose and soft brush and lets it sit outside to dry. Doesn't get any easier than that.

We use these at the shelter I volunteer at. They are in all the dog runs. I think the dogs stay warmer up off the cement floor. When the runs get cleaned the dogs can get up on these beds and stay out of the water. These are also a good value for the price.
