Great for all dogs, the egg-crate type cushion gives good comfort. Tthe fleece side is comfortable and warm, but after about 10months of use some of the fleece is pulling off to reveal webbing/backing in small spots.

Cleans easily - I wash the whole thing in my front-loader machine, then take out the foam insert to air dry. Sometimes I hang the cover to dry, but usually it goes through the dryer to remove more hair.

I have 2 large size to rotate in my dog's wire kennel/crate, so if he vomits or has a pee accident I can swap them out. When he was about 4 months old he did rip open this bed at the zipper seam, and tore up part of the foam. But that was an odd day when he was in the crate longer than normal, and he hasn't hurt the other beds at all. We put old towels in the kennel as padding along the edge of the bed, and sometimes he chews on the corners of the towels a little.

Pros: comfortable, easy to clean, durable, fits in wire crate

Cons: Fleece starts coming off after 10 months to 1 year
