This is a good quality fleece warmer if your dog will tolerate wearing it - my dog isn't crazy about wearing jackets or capes, but perhaps she'll get more used to this in time. II do think for walking outside in the winter it's a good product.
Pros: Good quality, keeps dog warm
Cons: Dog has to tolerate wearing it!
