Sweet Children's Book by Jane Monroe Donovan

posted 5 years ago

This is a story about an elderly man who is experiencing his first Christmas without his wife. He finds a pregant mare outside of his house in middle of a snow storm and it gives birth over night to a foal with a white star. You'll have to read the book to learn the significance of the star. We bought this books because the foal looks likes my daughter's horse.

Pros: Beautiful Illustrations. Wonderful story

Cons: None
