Funny book about a police dog

posted 5 years ago

A cute, funny book for Pre-K through about age 6 or 7, except in our family (one in high school and another an adult) were we still enjoy childrens books. Bold, funny, cartoon like illustrations that tell the story of a police dog who is taken with Officer Buckle to help do safety speeches in the school.

<<Officer Buckle knows more about safety than anyone else in Napville, but his dull presentations put his audiences to sleep. Enter Gloria, Napville's new police dog. Gloria knows just how to liven up the safety speeches--as long as Officer Buckle's back is turned!>>

Pros: Winner of 1996 Caldecott Medal

Cons: None, except maybe how Officer Buckle is portrayed.

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
