Another great title from Gibbons. This time it's about Dogs.

Another entertaining but educational title by Gail Gibbons. This book teaches the history of various breeds of dogs. It also cover the basics of how to raise and care for dogs, as well as canine body language.
It probably appeals to children in the Pre-K through maybe second grade levels. If you enjoy this books, she has written many other titles about the earth (weather), space, farming (The Milk Makers), wild animals (Sea Turtles) and occupations (Fire! Fire! Fire! a favorite of my son).
Pros: Bold illustrations. Very educational in an appealing format.
