I absolutely love all kinds of plastic containers. I like some take out containers that you can reuse but I also work in a deli so I bring home the plastic containers that we get different kinds of foods in that we are going to through away. So I use them to put bird seed in for my doves because we buy a huge 50 lb. bag for them. They are also good for keeping grit in for my birds or treats for my animals that the bags don't reseal or they open funny and rip. They are so good for all different kinds of things. I even use some containers as extra food dishes for my birds or for their oatmeal or for baths. They are amazing to have if you find the right ones. Also you could try going to your local deli and ask if they will set the containers aside that banana peppers come in or green olive slices, etc. They are going to just throw them away anyways. I highly recommend any usable plastic container that you can find. Also I agree with another comment you can find really nice plastic containers at the dollar stores. I have bought some of those as well to keep all of my cat toys in.

I have a couple different sizes i keep in my car. I have some that have dog food,cat food and some snacks just in case i get stuck in the winter or break down. They are great for keeping food fresh and i use the othe ones for water that i also carry in the trunk of my car. I dump the food when winter is over wash the containers and refill them with fresh food and snacks.

this is great to use, first for your leftovers, and then for trips for pup.

I carry a couple of these with me whe i travel. I have different sizes for different things. Some have bandages in some safety pins in another and so on.
