Fel-O-Vax Lv-K®, 50 x 1 ml tray SKU: 007FTD03-1 [printable] Fel-O-Vax Lv-K Fort Dodge Feline Leukemia Vaccine Killed Virus For vaccination of healthy cats 10 weeks of age or older, as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline leukemia virus. Dose: Inject one 1 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. Annual revaccination with a single dose of vaccine is recommended. Infovax-ID System - The Infovax-ID System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice. For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animals medical chart. Caution: Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Avoid Freezing. Shake Well. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. Thimerosal, neomycin, polymyxin B and amphotericin B added as preservatives.
