my kitties L-O-V-E freeze-dried salmon. there are a number of companies out there that make freeze-dried salmon pet treats, but not all are created equal.

i used to get my cats Halo Liv-a-Littles freeze-dried salmon, but then it got to where those were hard to find around here. PetSmart carries some freeze-dried salmon treats by Beefeater, but they are very haphazardly sized. some pieces are huge, others itty bitty, and there are lots of crumbs. and when you try to break the big pieces into smaller bites, they crumble. the Halo treats aren't quite as irregular, but nothing compares to the Bravo! brand freeze-dried salmon treats.

i'm calling these cat treats, but they're great for dogs too, and all of my pets love them. Bravo's freeze-dried salmon treats are cut into neat, bite-size squares and aren't the least bit crumbly. ultimately, it's not really a matter of my pets liking them any better than the other brands...but they definitely are more convenient. i'd much rather simply pop out a treat and give it to my pet than to have to try breaking it apart and then end up cleaning up crumbs.

Pros: 100% salmon, not crumbly, bite-size

Cons: none!
