Castor & Pollux Organix Organic Cat Treats combine an appealing flavor with a top-quality ingredient list.
February 22, 2011 5:12 pm | By Zootoo Editor CynthiaLo
As you can probably tell from its name, Castor & Pollux Organix Organic Cat Treats are, above all else, organic. Almost every ingredient, from the chicken to the flaxseed, has the word “organic” in front of it… and if that isn’t enough to reassure you, the proud stamp of “USDA Organic” should convince you that these are top-quality treats.
So how do Organix Cat Treats taste? If your cat is anything like our tester cat, he will flip for the real meaty taste and hard, chewy texture of Organix Cat Treats. Watching our tester cat devour the drumstick-shaped bite and beg for more reminded me of myself getting a taste of beef jerky when I was a kid… although these cat treats are far healthier than what I was eating!
The A-list ingredient list of Castor & Pollux’s Organix Cat Treats includes brown rice, flaxseed and oats — all great sources of fiber — as well as such savory extras as peas and rosemary extract. Even better is what’s *not* on the ingredient list: artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Simply put, the folks at Castor & Pollux have done a fantastic job crafting a delicious treat out of 100% natural ingredients, and I give them a high-paw-five for “going organic” — better for the planet, and better for your cat.
Pros: All-natural ingredients; 95% organic; cats love the taste.
Cons: None.

Treats filled with happiness
posted 4 years ago
My kitten LOVES these treats; he comes running from two rooms away if he hears the bag. I've triple-bagged it, hid it in my purse and somehow he always manages to find it. He loves the chicken flavor. My boyfriend says they must have somehow figured out how to put happiness into the treats because he starts purring the second he eats it (and won't stop until he realizes he's not getting anymore).
I love these treats because he loves eating them and I don't feel guilty about giving the treats to him (because it's healthy). The ingredients are natural and organic; it's safe to feed him this without having to worry about health consequences.
Pros: it's healthy, my kitten LOVES it,
Cons: None
