Cats Love "Animal Grass"

posted 4 years ago

Although I prefer to grow my own cat grass, and can do so for MUCH cheaper, the store-bought "Animal Grass" is a convenient alternative.

All my cats LOVE to chew on "animal grass" and it does aid digestion. When I don't have my own available, I resort to buying it in the grocery store (or a pet supply store).

This "Animal Grass" is available at Giant Eagle, where I frequently shop, so I don't have to "go out of my way" to buy my cats a much-loved "treat".

The price of this grass, like similar products from other manufacturers or greenhouses, is a bit high considering the low cost of the seeds, but this is already grown and in a pot--ready to eat--so "reasonable".

I'd rate the product itself a "5", but only give it an overall "4" due to its inflated cost.

Pros: Cats Love To Eat It; Aids Digestion; Available In Grocery Stores

Cons: Somewhat expensive
