Great space saver scratch post, with great design so visually pleasing to the owner, yet also multi-use and enjoyable for kitty!

Has slanted sides for stretching properly, has sisal rope on one side, carpet on the other side, so kitty has a choice. Mine loves both!

Also, my cat loves to lay under the triangle on the platform, and kick, scratch and wrap herself around the slanted sides & play. The shape really encourages play and she took to it immediately. In fact, its part of her morning routine, that once we wake up and head toward the kitchen for her breakfast, she stops there first to have a play and wait for me to bring her food out.

Compared to many other posts I've tried which were either too simple (just a single vertical post for a similar price) or too big (which always dominated the room I placed it in, and was a waste of space since usually some parts were never used by my last cat), this one provides a great kitty play area, all parts used, yet has a fantastic small profile and great visual appeal for a smaller home or apartment.
Or just like me, if you are someone who doesnt want to have a several foot tall cat tree post in the home which dominates the space, but also doesnt wish to cheat kitty out of a lot of fun playtime either. This is a wonderful solution. For the $50+, I highly recommend it!

Cons: Not really a con but preference choice. They offer 4 color choices - I wish they offered rose or burgundy carpet as a choice. I chose green however and its quite nice.

My kittie LOVES to scratch on everything, and we bought two of these to keep her from scratching the furniture. They work great! We sprinkle some loose catnip on them every once in a while so she'll be attracted to the scratcher and not the furniture! We also live in an 880sq ft apartment and we needed something that wouldn't take up alot of space, this worked perfectly.

This is a great space saving scratcher. My cats love it and use it all the time. I have a few around the house so they always have access to a scratching post. Nicely priced, too.
