Cats Love These Mice

posted 7 years ago

I just bought these mice at PetSmart and my cats love them. They throw them all over the place. I do hate it when the cats leave them all over the place and I step on them at night not knowing what they are. They are also very attractive to my dog and I'm afraid he's going to swallow them and possibly choke so I have to try to remember to put them away where he can't get them.

Pros: Fairly inexpensive, fun for cats

Cons: Creepy to step on, dog chews them

Mice Are Nice

posted 6 years ago

Cats seem to like these little mice. I also buy a few larger canvas type ones with a bell on the tail. Can always dip them in catnip to refresh the smell.

Pros: All cats seem to like them.

Cons: Keep away from the dog in the house. Might choke.

Nice toys

posted 6 years ago

A nice assortment of mice. The cats love these. They always swat it under doors, the stove, or couches though, days and weeks later, I will find 20 or 30. Its funny, its like a game to them, they swat it under and they probably laugh at us because they know we will go get it for them...

Pros: good

Cons: none

Sometimes interested...sometimes not.

posted 6 years ago

I have a handful of these little critters scattered all over the house. Without annoying rattles, the cats can take them just about anywhere without driving you crazy. Sometimes the cats are interested, but when they are it's very entertaining!

Pros: Cats can play with them just about anywhere.

Cons: If you're not careful, the vac will sometimes find them!

Thank God they are not real!

posted 6 years ago

I started getting these mice 13/14 years ago. Lizzy didn't care for them, but Salem, as a young kitten loved them! She plays with them occasionally now. It's more fun to watch the younger cat's play with them now! I have two 4 month old kitten's that bat them around everywhere and will growl at them! It just so cute to see them play with them! I can be happy with the thought that they are not real mice, so I don't hear and screaming from my mother in the middle of the night!

Pros: Can't destroy them

Cons: Nothing wrong with them...
