Not so much fun...

posted 7 years ago

I was very excited when I saw this toy because I thought my cats would love it. They like to chase mice toys and this one would actually move away from them - what could be better, right? Wrong.

All four of my cats sat there and looked at it. They didn't chase it. They didn't sniff it. They watched it and then walked away like they were bored.

I think this is a case of a good idea that just doesn't work out so well in implementation...

Pros: Looked like it might be fun

Cons: It isn't.

A Mind of His Own

posted 7 years ago

When I first brought this "cat toy" home, my cat looked at me as though I were a complete and total moron. He does that a lot.
I scooted it past him dozens of times over the following week but his expression never changed.

That was four months ago. Last Saturday, said cat was unhappy. All he wanted to do was eat. So, I scooted the mouse across the floor. You know what happened, right? He couldn't get enough of it. He played and played and played with his mouse.

What can I say. When you live with a cat, he decides. You don't.

Pros: very cute

Cons: the interactive part

Iams ProActive Health Multi-Cat Chicken & Salmon Cat Food

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
