I bought this originally for my adult cats because they were getting lazy. I thought if they had something fun to play with that it would liven them up a bit. This was rather cheap and one of my cats loves to play in plastic bags so I thought this would be perfect. WRONG! My cats didn't play with it at all. The one that I thought would enjoy it the most, enjoyed it just long enough to chew the little toys off of the side. I never felt like it was a safe toy to leave him alone with. I ended up taking those plastic pieces off. When I started taking in foster kittens, I moved this downstairs for them. The kittens enjoyed it a little more but not much. Overall, I would suggest investing in a different toy or just saving your money.

Cats love this toy once you get it together. Although you have to stretch the bag over the frame and might have to make new holes if the pre-perforated ones don't exactly match up, you cat will find hours of fun, play, and an occasional nap in this toy. The bag is made of a VERY heavy plastic that crinkles when played with (although you do want to take care not to rip it during assembly-it's heavy plastic -NOT indestructable!) and has lasted well and still provides lots of fun for my cats. I highly recommend this product, despite the one assembly issue. If your cat likes to hide in boxes and shopping bags (and who dosen't?), Hide n' Play is for him/her. Fun for cats!

My cats usually love these kinds of things as they will crawl into any box or bag that comes in the house but this did not hold their attention. I don't think the level of quality is there for active cats that will use the toys and this is another example of how I should have saved my money and just given them a box instead!

Another toy I got for my foster kittens. It's made of heavy duty crinkle plastic. It makes that great noise cats love about bags. My kittens will hide in it it, pounce on it and get generally kitten crazy with it. Even stands up well to my older cats play.

Pros: Hours of fun, great for multiple cat play

My cats hated this which was very surprising. Next time I will save my money and just give them a box - they always love those. Too bad - it was cute!
