My cats like this because I can always put fresh catnip in it. They roll around and toss it in the air. It's entertaining for me as well. I have to keep an eye on the dog though since he loves any toys that are furry.

Dr. Noys toys are top of the line. They are pretty expensive but will last. When my cats got tired of playin with this squirrl I gave it to my dogs. The dogs loved it. They thought it was a real squirrel. It lasted longer than 2 days with the heathens.

Cats bat these around to show the squirrel who is boss. Dogs prefer the direct approach, i.e., rip off the head and tear out the throat! Fun to watch such different reactions to the same toy. Better get more than one!
