I know there is one of these somewhere around the house, but I haven't seen it lately. (I'd guess it is behind the washer/dryer in the laundry room.) When it was first opened, the catnip was attractive to my cats, but after the smell wore off they weren't very interested in this larger toy (which isn't really "large"). Maybe it is just my cats, but they all seem to prefer the smaller/smallest toys, especially the catnip mice. I've noticed quite a few larger cat toys available on the market (such as this elephant), but I'm going to stick to the smaller ones since those are the ones my cats like the most.

This is one toy we've had for sometime, and rotate through with our cats. There doesn't seem to be alot of catnip fragrance to this, not long lasting, anyway. So we do refresh it, or the cats probably would have nothing to do with it. I'm sure if we had younger cats, we'd see more self initiated play with all of them. (But all it takes is a burlap bag full of catnip to make my old girls and guy go crazy.)

My little guy loves his elephant toy, the trunk sticks out and annoys him till he bites and bites it. The terry cloth is a good fabric for their claws. It's also too big to slide under the furniture. All around good toy.

this is a great toy! my cats love it when i throw it down the hall. they'll pounce and sometimes bring it semi back to me! there' a great smell, but i do like to roll it in dried catnip for a added bonus!
