Tuna Dash by Cat Claws works for some cats

"Tuna Dash" is a cat food seasoning to sprinkle on dry or canned cat food, to give a special treat or help with finicky eaters. I tried it with my cats and most of them enjoyed the taste. A couple walked away but that could be that they just weren't hungry. It's worth a try if you have a cat who isn't eating because of medical or emotional reasons.
Pros: Contains no additives or preservatives
Cons: Some cats don't care for it
