My cat started out as a foster. He was the runt of the litter, very thin and sparsely haired. I had a difficult time getting him to eat. I tried the Felivite and he kind of backed away from it. I would then suck it up in a syringe and force it into his mouth. It did stimulate his appetite and he eventually began to eat on his own. After he finished the tube, we tried some NutroCal. He loved the taste of this product. Both products work well; the cat is the determining factor.

Great for ailing kittens and cats. Provides lots of enrichment and the cats love the taste of it. I have it here. Thumbs up for this product!

Have used this in the past usually when one of the cats needed an appetite stimulant because of some upper resp...worked within a few days. Cats readily accepted the paste from my fingertip.
