Sometimes pretty well received

posted 5 years ago

These are tuna flavored soft chews which are supposed to help with urinary tract health. I have to admit I didn't do any research on whether or not there were any health benefits. But, I thought that if I was going to serve a treat I would prefer it provide some benefit and not just be "cat candy". These apparently are not tasty enough to be chews because I have to dish them out in the morning before breakfast is served. And, sometimes even that doesn't go over all that well. (Especially after the resealable bag has been open for a while. I tried putting them in a tupperware container but that didn't seem to help either. They are best when very fresh it seems.)

Pros: Supposed to help with urinary tract health

Cons: Not always considered edible
