Back when I first got Buzz, it was because I was fostering him while he went through ringworm treatment. That treatment was regular sulfer dip treatments. He had ringworm so badly that after a while, we started treating him at home. Using the sulfur dip is no different than giving a standard bath, although you have to try to keep a soggy unhappy cat entertained for a while between the dip and the rinse. Other than the horrible god awful scent and yellow color, this stuff is just the bee's knees for treating ringworm.

Pros: gets rid of ringworm, doesn't cost an insane amount

Ringworm is a tough problem when it hits a shelter. The sulfur dips works well. It just takes several dippings to be rid of the Ringworm.

I've used sulpher dips on my foster cats with ringworm. The cats hate it, it turns them yellow and they stink like rotten eggs for weeks, but most importantly it works!!

Getting rid of ringworms is a tough thing to do. This does work but the smell is awful.
