My Girl Gives this 5 Paws!

posted 4 years ago

My girl love this Dream Curl scratching surface. On the very day I brought it up, she was already extremely intrique and very excited. She sniffed it a bit and then started to scratch the surface. She actually utilized the whole scratcher and not only the scratching pad. I placed it near my bed as she has grown fond at scratching the side of my bed. It works wonder! She no longer pay attention to the bed but instead spend a lot of time just lounging on it.

There is a small toy underneath the scratcher but the novelty wore off quickly. Instead, she would take crumpled pieces of water, place it underneath and started paw swipping it. She get entertained for a long time and when she got tired, she would just take a nap on it.

I highly recommend this if you have only one or two cats in the house. I've heard from friends with multiple cats that they practically tore the whole thing apart in a matter of weeks! Just go to say that cats love it actually. Maybe you just have to get two or more if you have a lot of feisty kitty at home.

Pros: Sturdy structire, appealing design, comfortable

Cons: May wear off easily in a multi cat household

Better than a banister!

posted 5 years ago

This is the best cat scratcher ever. Something about the shape it very attractive to cats. Even though my two house cats don't have their front claws, they are constantly "scratching" the banister of my staircase, and they've actually done quite a bit of damage to it. I think they like this scratcher so much because they are sitting at the same angle as on the banister. :-)

Pros: saves your furniture, entertaining to both cats and owners

Cons: have to find a place for it

The Best

posted 5 years ago

My three cats love this. I bought it to save my living room furniture. We always declawed our cats as kitten but after getting rescue cats that were older we are trying to compromise. So far so good.

Pros: Matches my furniture

Cons: none

They love it

posted 5 years ago

I bought this new twist cat scratcher at Petco the other week, and the cats just love it. They like to go below and play with the furry ball attached, and like to lie across it and scratch. I like the sleek good looks of it and they like the different kind of surfaces on it.

Pros: fun to lie on and scratch, furry ball attached below

Cons: none

Scratch & Play

posted 5 years ago

I have this curvy scratch post and my cat plays on it and scratches. I sprayed it with catnip spray to enhance the whole thing for her. I use a wand with a feather and roll it over the Dream Curl...what a wild ride. Love it! Looks great in my den!

Pros: Attractive

Cons: None
