These are really convienient. You can put them on the floor or hang them on a doorknob. And they come with catnip to keep your cat coming back....instead of going to the furniture. Just make sure you have a couple...Some cats don't like to share their nip.

My cat uses this scratching post all the time. She loves it standing up. She has completely warn two of them out but they did last for a long time. It is nice that you can flip it over when one side falls apart.

This is the first cat scratching post I got for my kitty. At first he was a little confused on how to use it, since it was so lightweight that he'd put a paw on it and it would move, upsetting him. He liked it well enough, but enjoyed chewing the cardboard more. Now the cardboard holder for the scratching post is pretty well chewed over and doesn't hold the rest of the cardboard together anymore. Oh well...he still likes to use it!
