Good for small cats

our large cat went through a few scratch post until i had to make one before i purchased a large cat tower for them. i should have purchased the tower from the start and i would have saved alot of money. cats throw around a lot of force during there scratching and the small post do not last with cats over 15lbs
Pros: keeps em off the furniture
Cons: only for small cats

my roommate has 2 cats and she has this product but with only 1 toy ball at the top. The cats don't play with it much, although they do scratch on it.
Pros: good scratching material
Cons: lost interest
