Adams Plus Breakaway Flea And Tick Collar For Cats

(2.0 out of 5, based on 2 reviews)

Kills fleas and ticks, including ticks that may carry Lyme disease. Contains Precor, an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) that breaks the flea life cycle. Unique breakaway design. Fast acting. Long-lasting protection for 6 months. Fresh powdery scent works like a spray. Double Layer Protection works like a powder. READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE. USE ONLY ON CATS. IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION: This collar kills fleas and ticks for 6 months. Collar is a double layer, sustained-release system containing three active agents combining the insecticidal actions of vapors and powders, working in two ways to provide fast-acting quick kill and long-lasting head-to-tail protection. Thus, collar has the effect of simultaneous usage of a spray and a powder in the control of fleas and ticks, including ticks that may carry Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Lyme Disease and Ehrlichiosis. Wetting collar will not impair collars effectiveness. It is not necessary to remove collar if pets go swimming or are out in the rain. Use Adams Dual Action Flea & Tick Collar year-round for most effective control. Replace every 6 months. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place collar around pets neck, adjust for fit, and buckle in place. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the pet and to permit the collar to move about the neck. Generally, a properly fitted collar is one that when fastened, will snugly slide over pets head. Leave 2 or 3 inches for extra adjustment. Cut off and dispose of excess length. Wash hands after installing collar on pet. Under normal conditions, replace collar every 6 months. Under conditions of severe infestation and where continued rapid kill is desired, collar may be replaced more often.

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
