The only formula designed for sensitive cats. Great for finicky cats. Royal Canin Special Formula is designed for cats with sensitive digestive systems, and for cats that are just plain finicky. This formula is the only one of its kind. Cats with sensitive digestive systems usually have trouble coping with starch. Too much starch in a cat's diet can lead to intestinal irritation, and even diarrhea. Royal Canin Special Formula alleviates the problem by providing a higher level of fat and a lower level of carbohydrates. It is made from a selection of the best animal protein sources, enriched with essential fats. The result is a food that has excellent palatability and is easily digestable. Royal Canin Special Formula promotes a soft, shiny coat, and optimizes the acidity of urine for the smooth functioning of the urinary system. It helps to decrease tartar deposits. Healthy/tasty cat food

posted 6 years ago

I've been feeding this to my indoor cats for a few months and they seem to like it. I mix it w/ other dry cat food. The only problem is it's more expensive that most other brands. But I do like the nutrition aspect.

Pros: Good for my cats

Cons: Spendy
