We love Soft Claws!!
posted 5 years ago
We got these for Kasper because he kept scratching my 2 year old lol. They would ALWAYS play & Poor kasper would end up getting locked in his "room" (the bathroom)
SO these ended up working great! He managed to get 1 off almost right away.. and of course that 1 claw scratched my 2 year old lol. And now almost a week into them he got a second one off...
SO I am giving it a huge thumbs up because I love these!! DEF. give them a chance!!
Pros: Easy to use, No more scratching!, kid friendly lol.
Cons: they fall off

Not too hard to apply
posted 5 years ago
We thought we'd try these after reading reviews on zootoo about them. They were pretty easy to appy to my surprise, too two people and about fifteen minutes. Not sure how long they will stay on, I will update later. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that she can no longer climb her post like she used to.
Pros: Fairly easy to apply
Cons: She can no longer climb her post like she used to

I bought these

These are a good idea if you can get a professional to apply them (which they won't) They are hard to apply and they have to be redone every few months. They come in several colors to match your cats (or your) personality or mood. They also come in different sizes.
Pros: Avoids declawing
Cons: Hard to apply

lets stop declawing and start useing these caps.
posted 5 years ago
well i hate the idea of any animals getting declawed. its one of the most most hurt full surgeries iknow. the vet actually has to take off the frist knucle of your cat talking about pain. no thanks. i"ll stick to useing the caps. when they fall off there easy enough to replace. with out hurting your cat. so be for you deside to declaw your cat please try these nail caps.
Pros: you don"t have to get your cat declawed.
Cons: some times they fall off.

Good Investment
posted 5 years ago
We got these because we have a cat that's an incessant kneader, and nail trimming didn't seem to help enough. Soft claws completely solved the problem, as well as eliminating any new scratches on the floors or furniture.
The only problem we've really found is that a few times the caps would not fall off and had to be physically cut off, which is a bit of an endeavour.
Pros: Furniture and floors not scratched.
Cons: A little pricy if on a budget, occasionally need to be cut off.
