For best results replace charcoal filter monthly. Install Charcoal/Zeolite Filter Remove charcoal filter from poly bag. Place charcoal filter in cavity at rear of upper hood. Replace vented cover over filter by placing tabs in lower slots and gently bending cover until upper tabs slide in place.Note: Charcoal/zeolite filter is equally effective regardless of which side is placed up. The black side is activated charcoal which is most effective on organic odors. The white side is zeolite which is most effective on urine odors. Made in China.
