We have one who doesn't keep his ears very clean, so we use this periodically to help out. It softens the material and then can use a cotton ball to wipe it out

Pros: helps clean the ear

Safe?

Is it safe to use for someone who has never cleaned cats ears before? I'd hate to accidently hurt my cat but fear she may need her ears cleaned.

Pros: sounds great

Cons: have never used it
