Cat Claw Clipper

This style of nail trimmer is the easiest and safest I've found. I sort of straddle my cat without putting my weight on her body. That way I'm centered over her, making it easier to do her left and right sides and front and back. I talk soothingly to her and take short pauses. I just trim the tips, careful not to go too far back on the nail. I try to do it as quickly as possible. But most important is to be careful and constantly talk in a soothing voice to her.

I love these clippers. They are the ones that are easiest for me to use. They fit easily into my pocket so I can grab them as I need them. They have always worked for me. I can use them with either hand and since they are smaller can use them easier and faster on the cats. Some people use a guard with their clippers and these don't have one so watch yourself and make sure you don't get in the quick. You can always get someone to hold the cat if need be.
