Bamboo Care's 3-in-1 Glove keeps unwanted hair under control with ease.
September 25, 2010 6:20 pm | By Zootoo Editor Flinn D.
The 3-in-1 Glove by Bamboo Care is a novel idea to help keep pet hairs from getting in unwanted places. The tool works with deceptive simplicity — just slide your hand through the strap until the glove fits snugly, and then start rubbing down your pet with it.
The glove features two sides, and you’ll want to master both of them as they have different strengths in grooming your dog or cat. The rubber side allows you to coax out the unwanted hairs that are loose on your pet’s coat, while the fabric side picks them up. The fabric side has an inherent adhesive quality that causes the hairs to cling to them. When you have picked up enough hair, simply hold the glove over the trash and brush the unwanted hairs off leaving your pet’s coat fresh and new.
The rubber side of the glove can also be used for bathing or to give your pet a gentle massage. Pets love the feel of the small rubber nubs on their skin and there are three different sizes of nubs on the glove. The rubber and the mesh are also surprisingly durable in water so you can use it with your pet in the tub. This feature is especially convenient, as shedding unwanted hair can be easier when fur is wet.
I have been waiting for a de-shedder that worked in water for a long time, so hats off to the folks at Bamboo Care for finally coming up with one. The 3-in-1 Glove will not disappoint.
Pros: Simple to use; durable in water for bathtime.
Cons: None.

Grooming glove works for cats & furniture
posted 4 years ago
We've always wanted to try one of these grooming gloves, and we purchased this one from Drs Foster & Smith. I like it because it works well on furniture as well as the cats. I haven't tried it wet on my cats, but that is a feature that would be good for dogs. And its easy to run your hand down the drapes & curtains. Our cats like the feel of the rubber nubs on their backs. Its good for removing loose top fur but of course won't work on the deep undercoat.
Pros: can be used wet or dry, on furniture and pets
Cons: doesn't get undercoat
