I got this from Petco on clearance for $20! It's a great cat tree and my cat loves it! He likes that he can sit up high and watch the birds since I pushed it up against the window. He also loves the cat scratch pads on it. It's very easy to assemble and put back together.

The kitty likes to sleep in the rounded out section. The cat stratches the posts and the flat section all of the time. A little cat nip and it's a great time.
Pros: Multiple cats can use this.
Cons: Carpet holds hair.
