My cats love this

I have it in front of my family room window, and they love to lay on it and watch the birds and squirrls in the front yard. They do use the scratching part, but mainly lay on it and sun themselves.
Pros: It holds my biggest cat well (over 10 lbs)
Cons: Not big enough for both of them
